First Aid training provider in Surrey, Sussex and surrounding areas. 

All of our courses are fully HSE compliant and are accredited by ProTrainings or can be a regulated qualification (QCF) if that is a requirement.

 

Courses are carried out at our training centre in Billingshurst or can be at the location of your choice anywhere in the South East (subject to conditions). Courses generally run over consecutive days but we do have the facilities to be flexible.

 

Courses can run over evenings, weekends or consecutive weeks.

 

We are also able to offer the blended version of these courses where half is completed on line, at a time, place and pace that suits the learner before attending the classroom session.

First Aid in the Workplace

Blended First Aid at Work – Level 3 (FAW)

This is the comprehensive First Aid at Work course.

The course itself is designed for employees or volunteers who have a specific responsibility at work, or in community activities, to provide First Aid.

Part one is completed online at a convenient time before coming into the classroom for just two days to complete the course.

The course is also available as a three-day 100% classroom based course.

Certificate is valid for three years.

£180 per person.

First Aid at Work – Level 3 Re-qualification.

This course is for individuals that need to renew their First Aid at Work qualification.  

Available as a blended course, where part one is completed online before coming into the classroom for just one day to complete the course or as a 2-day 100% classroom based course.

The certificate is valid for three years and it is a recommendation from HSE that annual refreshers are undertaken.

£120 per person.

Emergency First Aid at Work, Level 2 (EFAW)

This is a one-day course required for recognition as a workplace emergency First Aider. This course includes essential First Aid skills and meets the requirements of the HSE.

Also suitable for Appointed Person.

Certificate is valid for three years.

Paediatric First Aid

Paediatric First Aid, Level 3

This course is a 12-hour classroom-taught course which meets the requirements laid down by Ofsted, EYFS, CSSIW and Surestart so meets the requirements for Nannies, Au Pairs & Childminders.

Also available as a Regulated (QCF) qualification and/or as a blended course.

Certificate is valid for three years.

£145 per person.

Paediatric Blended First Aid Course, Level 3 - Day 2.

The Paediatric blended first aid course is an alternative to spending two days in the classroom.

The first part is completed online at a time, place and pace that suits the learner.  Part 2 is then completed in the classroom.

 

This course is fully compliant with the requirements of Ofsted, EYFS, CSSIW and Surestart so meets the requirements for Nannies, Au Pairs & Childminders.

£75 per person.

Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course, Level 3.

This course is the entry level Paediatric First Aid course and forms unit one of the full Paediatric First Aid course.  It is suitable for parents, families and child care workers.  

 

Nannies, Au Pairs and Childminders should check that they full Paediatric First Aid Course is not required.

£75 per person.

Pet First Aid

Pet First Aid

 Pets are family members and can have accidents the same as humans.  Knowing what to do should the worst happen is a simple thing to learn with basic training. Pet first aid is not aimed to replace veterinary care but it will help you to recognise an emergency, calm your pet and reduce the risks of delayed treatment.

Learning pet first aid is fun and informative and will give you the skills to deal with a pet emergency should it arise. 

This course is ideal for pet owners or pet professionals. It covers the main first aid subjects for Dogs and Cats but this information is also suitable for most other animals. Understanding basic first aid for your pet will give you the skills to assist them and prevent them from getting worse before professional help is given by your vet.

£45 per person.

Canine First Aid

This course is similar to our Pet First Aid course but the focus is the dog.  

This course is aimed at anyone who requires a course in first aid for dogs. It is ideal for both dog owners or dog professionals.

 

Understanding basic first aid for your dog will give you the skills to assist them and prevent them from getting worse before professional help is given by your vet. The certificate is valid for 3 years.

Subjects covered include: CPR, Choking, Drowning, Broken bones & Bleeding.
